“I have been privileged to practise Yoga & Mindfulness with Bec Morrison in RSC’s beautiful Wellness Centre since we first emerged from Lockdown, during which I did a few of her Online Classes. An opportunity for Staff to have a 30 minute session on Tuesday & Thursday mornings was offered (before classes started) and I took advantage of this as often as possible. On Yoga mornings I felt sailed through the corridors despite hectic business, and into my room calmly fielding enquiries from frantic staff needing something last-minute. Without Bec’s sessions I was much more tense starting work. At one point I even checked my Smartwatch after classes and noted the drop in my Stress levels. The last couple of years for me have been quite challenging but throughout Bec’s classes and for an hour or so afterwards I have been able to forget my troubles and focus. I appreciate her voice and explanations as she guides us through Mindfulness with reasoning. The Asanas (positions) are modified for different Staff according to their needs too. Bec is very gentle and skilled at “reading the room”. I have been practising Yoga for 11 years now and Bec has been one of my favourite teachers.’ ~ Monica Summer
