Bec Morrison Yoga offers inclusive and supportive classes in a small group setting, creating a warm and welcoming space for all participants.
The current offering, Body Breath Mind, is held regularly and includes:
- Adults: One-hour sessions twice weekly at the Safety Beach Sailing Club
- Private Sessions: One-hour 1:1 and small group sessions by request at Kookaburra’s Rest, Bec’s peaceful guesthouse in Fingal
