Weekly classes are held upstairs at Safety Beach Sailing Club and are open to all levels of practitioner with modifications and extensions offered.
Current classes are Body Breath Mind which incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation. Practices are bhavana (theme) based, developed to enrich your experience and create feelings of balance and a deeper connection with yourself.
Mondays & Wednesdays 9.15am-10.15am
Discounted passes are available for the term with casual attendance being an option.
